Mr. Ripan Jain with his rich experience of over four decades is looking after the organizational activities of the company. He is a visionary, completely focused to achieve excellence in creating unique and original products to elegantly satisfy the needs and desires of the customers.

Mr. Rajan Jain is currently heading the innovation board of the company; he has joined the business in 1986 and has a vast experience in his area of expertise. He travels all around the globe channelizing the company into the right direction.
His immense sense of fashion, style and direction brings out the best of the products in global market enabling the company to produce ultra-high quality distinguishable products. With his unique artistic instincts and boundless creative freedom, he has been constantly designing and developing new products which marks as a benchmark for the industry.
With the growing environmental concerns he lays greater emphasis on using natural and eco fibers ensuring that all products that we produce are in line with the international compliance standards and are safe for both nature and society. We are associated with international groups like Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS) in order to promote responsible use of our valuable natural resources and thereby contributing in conservation of our Environment.
Mr. Aditya Jain represents the third generation of the Sharman family. Having studied at Cardiff University of London and obtaining his masters degree in business administration, he joined the company in 2007 with his specialization in finance and marketing. He believes and focuses to build Sharman an Iconic brand based on business strategy of superior craftsmanship, quality, exclusivity and a strong-rooted heritage.
With over 15 years of experience, he is heading the marketing division of the company and is majorly involved in marketing activities carried out all across the globe. Because of his efforts, the company has established a strong distribution channel and has made global tie-ups with the leading brands of the world.
Under his leadership the company has also achieved the status of a responsible brand by becoming a member of various international organizations like GTW 2.0 (Green To Wear) that works towards the conservation of environment, humanity and animal welfare.
He is the youngest director of the Sharman family and has his specialization in textile engineering from Manchester University. He joined the company in 2018 and since then he has been zeal about supporting the company’s objective of creating innovative product lines.
He is focused to introduce state-of-the-art technology to manufacture and launch exclusive products that increase the allure of the brand and strengthens its position as an object of significant desire among its ultra-rich customer base. He is also channelizing his efforts on adding value not only to the existing product lines but also to developing new ones to expand the company’s product portfolio and thereby meeting the rapidly changing consumer needs.
